    Human Resources Department

    Main Duties of the Human Resources Department:

    • Implementing the HJPC BiH’s personnel policy by applying the Human Resources Management Strategy in line with the organization’s goals, and by promoting and applying positive human resources management practices;

    • Conducting recruitment procedures for all positions within the HJPC BiH, as well as for projects implemented by the HJPC BiH, with or without the establishment of an employment relationship, including all processes related to the exercise of employment rights;

    • Preparing and implementing employee performance appraisal procedure using the competency framework and other relevant regulations, needs analyses and preparation of strategies and plans for employees development, training, and professional development, and conducting training approval procedure;

    • Establishing and updating employment-related records and issuing certificates, attestations, and other documents on facts recorded in official registers;

    • Maintaining relevant statistical data on employees and preparing reports; • Providing support to the Director of the Secretariat of the HJPC BiH in disciplinary proceedings against civil servants and employees of the HJPC BiH;

    • Monitoring and keeping attendance records using magnetic cards;

    • Updating and, in cooperation with the ICT Department, participating in the development of the HRM IT system and other databases in line with the needs of the HJPC BiH;

    • Cooperating with competent institutions on all matters within the Department’s competence, especially with the Civil Service Agency of BiH;

    • Providing expert support to standing committees and other working bodies within the HJPC BiH in matters within the Department’s competence;

    • Entering, updating, and managing data in existing databases, and, in coordination with the ICT Department, participating in the analysis and design of application solutions for databases, systems, and processes necessary to support the Department’s work;

    • Participating in medium-term planning, annual programming, monitoring, and reporting processes in the HJPC BiH;

    • Identifying, developing, and implementing new and improved working methods necessary to support the development of the HJPC BiH Secretariat and achieve the set goals of the HJPC BiH.
